The Shipping Policy

We ship both within Senegal and internationally.

Senegal: Orders are delivered within 1 to 3 business days.
International: Orders are delivered within 7 to 12 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs delays, or public holidays.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery location and order weight.

4. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours after payment confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS.
